Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant/APRN/MD to join our healthcare team on a per diem basis, offering competitive pay of $75/hour.

  • Contribute to patient care by identifying issues, recommending actions, and implementing physician directives.
  • Assess patient health through interviews and document services accurately.
  • Instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens and promote wellness.
  • Support team efforts to achieve related healthcare results.

    • Position is part-time, with expected hours of 5–20 per week.

    Requirements include licensure as a Physician Assistant/APRN/MD, with preferred EMR system experience and certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA-C. Must be able to commute and relocate to Bridgeport, CT before starting.
