Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant/APRN/MD to join our healthcare team on a per diem basis. The role involves
assessing patient health through interviews, documenting care in patient charts, recommending treatment options, implementing physician directives, and educating patients on wellness and treatment plans. The position is part-time, offering $75/hour with 5–20 hours weekly.
Candidates should have
at least 1 year of EMR system experience, hold a valid Physician Assistant/APRN/MD license, and preferably possess certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA-C.
Applicants must be able to commute to and be willing to relocate to Bridgeport, CT 06604, before starting. This role involves in-person work and contributes to a collaborative healthcare environment.
