Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant/APRN/MD to join our healthcare team on a per diem, part-time basis, offering $75.00 per hour for 5–20 hours weekly.

  • Responsibilities include assessing patient health through interviews, documenting care, and instructing patients on therapeutic regimens to promote wellness.
  • Contributes to physician effectiveness by identifying care issues, recommending actions, and implementing directives.
  • Works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

    • Requirements:

  • License as Physician Assistant/APRN/MD (required), with preferred certifications such as PA-C or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience with EMR systems (preferred).
  • Must be able to commute to and relocate before work to Bridgeport, CT 06604.
