We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) for an independent, physician-owned family practice in Joplin, MO, with over 25 years of community service.
Our practice emphasizes patient advocacy, comprehensive, holistic care, and avoiding unnecessary referrals by delivering services in-house.The environment is designed to be calming and restorative, with staff safety prioritized through security features.The provider will offer primary care across all ages, including same-day/walk-in visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and in-office procedures like EKGs, lesion removals, and joint injections.Collaboration with on-site physicians is integral, and opportunities exist to incorporate regenerative medicine therapies from a related medical spa.Qualifications include licensure as an APRN or PA-C (Missouri or eligible), strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills.Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
