Job Description

Seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of primary care experience and current North Carolina licensure.

Required qualifications include:

Accredited PA/NP degree, CAQ, CPR certification

Strong community health commitment, excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment
