Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support nephrology patients at a leading kidney care center in Newton, NJ.

  • Collaborate with physicians to manage CKD and dialysis patients, including clinic and hospital rounding, and occasional weekend on-call.
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and support patient education in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Utilize strong clinical skills, including history taking, physical exams, and documentation with EHR systems.
  • Travel across various nephrology settings and work primarily Monday through Friday, with some weekend coverage.
  • Require a Bachelor’s degree, board certification (NCCPA or AANPCB), NJ licensure, DEA license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Experience with CKD patients is preferred.
