Job Description
This role involves providing comprehensive nephrology patient care as a licensed Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in Central New Jersey.
Collaborate with physicians to manage patients with chronic kidney disease, including clinic visits, dialysis rounding, hospital rounds, and on-call coverage.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Utilize EHR systems and demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
Travel between clinic sites, dialysis centers, and hospitals as needed, with a schedule typically Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.
Require a bachelor’s degree, national certification, NJ licensure, DEA license, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in nephrology or related fields.
