Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive nephrology patient care as a licensed Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in Central New Jersey.


  • Collaborate with physicians to manage patients with chronic kidney disease, including clinic visits, dialysis rounding, hospital rounds, and on-call coverage.
  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Utilize EHR systems and demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Travel between clinic sites, dialysis centers, and hospitals as needed, with a schedule typically Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.
  • Require a bachelor’s degree, national certification, NJ licensure, DEA license, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in nephrology or related fields.
