We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, primarily providing in-home and clinic-based patient care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, and educating patients on health maintenance.

Candidates should have experience in urgent care, clinical research, and knowledge of medical coding, pain management, and home care procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This full-time role offers a salary of $114,516 – $120,030 per year, with weekday 8-hour shifts. In-person work location and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification are required.
