Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage nephrology patients at our Newton location, primarily supporting the CKD population.

  • The role involves comprehensive patient care, including assessments, developing treatment plans, and patient education, with opportunities for dialysis rounding, clinic support, hospital rounds, and on-call coverage.
  • Candidate must have strong clinical skills, experience with EHR, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with the care team.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, NCCPA or AANPCB certification, NJ licensure, DEA license, and at least two years of clinical experience. Experience with kidney disease patients is preferred.
  • Position offers full-time hours, with a typical schedule Monday-Friday and occasional weekends, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
