Job Description
We are hiring an Advanced Practitioner to support our nephrology practice in Newton, focusing on managing patients with chronic kidney disease.
Work closely with physicians to assess, diagnose, develop care plans, and educate patients. Perform dialysis rounds, support CKD clinics, hospital rounds, and on-call duties as permitted by state regulations. Require board certification, NJ license, DEA, and minimum two years of clinical experience. Must have strong clinical skills, experience with EHR, excellent communication, and ability to travel and work weekends as needed.
