Job Description

We are seeking a motivated *Physician Assistant (PA-C)* or *Nurse Practitioner* to join our orthopedic team specializing in total joint replacement (hip and knee).

  • Conduct preoperative evaluations and optimize patient health for joint replacement surgeries
  • Assist in the operating room during hip and knee replacements
  • Perform inpatient rounding, discharge planning, and postoperative follow-up
  • Manage outpatient clinics including new patient assessments and routine follow-ups
  • Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and medications
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications and therapies
  • Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in EMR

    • Qualifications include current licensure, NCCPA or board certification, DEA registration, and preferred orthopedic experience. BLS/ACLS certification and strong communication skills are required.
