Job Description
The position is for a full-time Medical Provider, such as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, responsible for evaluating and treating urgent care patients, injured workers, and performing physicals (work, sports, DOT, pre-employment).
Responsibilities include managing minor and serious medical conditions, performing procedures, stabilizing patients for transfer, interpreting tests, documenting encounters, and collaborating with staff and external providers. The role involves responding to emergency codes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and leading shifts when necessary.
Qualifications require licensure, current certifications, at least two years of independent clinical experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The job offers a salary range of $93,600–$140,000 annually, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
