Job Description
Seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Millington, TN to provide primary and urgent care within their scope of practice and licensing.
Deliver exceptional patient care, support emergency situations, and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.). Perform medical assessments, examinations, procedures (e.g., suturing, abscess drainage), and manage treatments for patients aged 6 months and older. Oversee onsite labs, radiology, prescriptions, and follow-up callbacks. Collaborate with the team to maintain quality standards and participate in ongoing education. Maintain accurate documentation, support operations, and promote service improvement initiatives. Handle IV placements and manage chronic conditions as needed. Qualifications include an active license, board certification, relevant experience (minimum 2 years in urgent or acute care), and certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS. Experience with pediatrics and electronic health records is preferred. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 annually. This is a full-time or part-time, in-person role.
