Job Description
We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) with a background in geriatrics, physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology to lead our physiatry consultation service in a skilled and inpatient rehabilitation setting.
The APP will oversee patient rounds, manage medical barriers, and collaborate with therapy teams to monitor functional progress.
Regular interdisciplinary team meetings will address discharge barriers and patient advancement.

Requirements include active licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and at least 2 years of relevant experience in rehabilitation settings.
