Job Description

Rehabilitation Associates seeks an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) to lead physiatry consultation services in a skilled and inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Provide patient care for the geriatric population, managing medical barriers like pain, insomnia, and incontinence.

Collaborate with primary medical and therapy teams to monitor patient progress and address discharge barriers.

Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient status and care plans.
