We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) to lead our physiatry consultation service in a skilled and subacute rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilites include rounding on patients, managing medical barriers, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Must have leadership skills and experience working with the geriatric population, with backgrounds in physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology.
