We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) to lead our physiatry consultation service in a skilled and subacute rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities include rounding on patients, managing medical barriers, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates have a background in geriatrics, physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology, with leadership experience and at least 2 years in acute or rehab settings.
