Job Description

Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or APRN for a full-time Primary & Urgent Care clinic in Sapulpa, OK. Candidates must have 1+ year of primary or urgent care experience, a valid PA or APRN license, and current BLS certification.

Offering a production-based salary with a guaranteed $120,000, potential to exceed $160,000 based on patient volume and productivity. Work hours are Monday-Saturday, 3 shifts per week, including at least two Saturdays.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnoses, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role emphasizes patient-centered, team-oriented care.
