Job Description
We are seeking a Physician to oversee a methadone maintenance treatment program at an OTP clinic.
Provide patient care, medical evaluations, and establish dosing levels. Manage, train, and evaluate physician extenders, ensuring compliance with medical policies and regulations. Interact with regulatory agencies and assist with licensing, inspections, and reporting. Participate in clinical policy development, training, and federal/state substance abuse programs. Maintain accurate medical records, review charts, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance. Engage in meetings, teleconferences, and continuous policy improvement. Qualifications: Minimum one year in addiction medicine, current licensure, and DEA license required.
