Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a community healthcare organization serving diverse populations across multiple sites.

  • The role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of services.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with the ability to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays, in a team-based, outpatient setting.
  • The position offers a competitive salary ($230,000-$270,000) based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, CME reimbursement, and more.
  • Key responsibilities include managing patient care collaboratively, ensuring high-quality documentation, complying with regulations, participating in team and committee meetings, and supporting clinic goals.
  • Qualifications include a medical degree from an accredited school, unrestricted California Medical License, Board Certification in Family Medicine, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Bilingual skills and familiarity with community health programs are preferred.
