Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services using evidence-based practices.

They lead care teams, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate patient access across in-person, telehealth, and phone modalities.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, screening for health needs, educating patients, and participating in quality improvement, compliance, and administrative tasks.

They ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and foster effective communication with staff and external agencies.

Additional duties involve supporting clinic programs, promoting cost-effective care, and contributing to team and organizational goals.

Qualifications include BC/BE, medical license, DEA, and NPI, with bilingual Spanish preferred. The role offers full-time employment with competitive salary, benefits, and requires in-person work at North Hollywood, CA.
