The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols.

Core duties include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing telehealth modalities. The role involves team leadership, supervising staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities also encompass ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, participating in administrative tasks, and fostering effective communication within the team and with external agencies. The physician promotes health education, manages referrals, and supports clinic programs.

Qualifications include board certification, a valid medical license, DEA certification, and proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred. The position offers competitive salary, benefits, and requires in-person work in North Hollywood, CA, with relocation prior to start.
