Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, managing acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating patient care via in-person, telehealth, or phone consultations.

They lead clinic care teams, oversee compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement, and support staff development. Additionally, they handle administrative duties, ensure proper documentation, and foster effective communication within the team and with external agencies.

The role requires licensure, board certification, DEA certification, and fluency in Spanish preferred. The full-time position offers a salary of $275,000-$290,000 plus benefits, with the ability to work in North Hollywood, CA, either in person or through relocation.
