Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.

They lead the care team, conduct examinations, develop treatment plans, and utilize in-person, telehealth, and telephonic modalities while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, screening for health needs, educating patients, and coordinating follow-up care. They participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication and fostering collaborative relationships.

They ensure adherence to regulatory standards, oversee record-keeping, and practice cost-effective medicine. The role involves supervising staff, supporting clinic programs, and participating in after-hours call rotation. The position offers a full-time salary of $275,000–$290,000, with benefits including health coverage, loan forgiveness, and professional development. Candidates must be licensed, board-certified/eligible, and able to work in North Hollywood, CA.
