A private, physician-owned practice with four locations in the Kansas City area is seeking a full-time outpatient Family Practice physician for their West Lenexa clinic.
Position involves seeing patients in an outpatient setting without inpatient duties. Supports a strong focus on behavioral health and population health with a dedicated team, including a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Current clinic has 3 family physicians, 3 pediatricians, and 3.5 nurse practitioners. Offers a competitive salary, 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week CME, full benefits, malpractice coverage, and partnership/building ownership opportunities after 2 years. Requirements include MD or DO, completion of residency, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication, and team-oriented leadership skills.
