Physician – Family Practice

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Practice physician for outpatient care at a rapidly growing private practice with four locations and 35 physicians in the Kansas City area.

This role involves seeing patients exclusively in the clinic, with no inpatient rounding. The practice offers a strong focus on behavioral health and population health, supported by a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

The West Lenexa clinic currently has 3 family physicians, 3 pediatricians, and 3.5 nurse practitioners. Benefits include a competitive salary, 3 weeks vacation, CME time, full benefits, malpractice coverage, and partnership or ownership opportunities after two years.
