Job Description

Seeking a full-time outpatient Family Practice physician for a growing private practice with four locations in the Kansas City area. The role involves providing outpatient care at a West Lenexa clinic, with no inpatient responsibilities. The practice supports behavioral health and population health through a dedicated team of Care Managers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and a Clinical Quality Manager.

The clinic currently has 3 family physicians, 3 pediatricians, and 3.5 nurse practitioners. The position offers a competitive salary, 3 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, full benefits, malpractice coverage, and partnership or ownership opportunities after 2 years.

Requirements include an M.D. or D.O., completion of an accredited residency, board eligibility or certification, strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a team-oriented attitude.
