Seeking a board-certified Hematology and Medical Oncology physician to join a reputable team in Northern California, offering a balanced work-life environment between San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Sacramento.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive outpatient care, new patient consultations, and follow-up management for a diverse patient population with solid tumors and hematologic conditions. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing infusion therapies, and participating in active clinical trials.

The practice features strong support staff, on-site diagnostics, radiation oncology, and a connected infusion center. The schedule is 36 hours of patient care plus 4 hours of indirect care, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, including one weekend on-call per month.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Hematology and Oncology, valid California license, and experience in managing complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Compensation includes a two-year income guarantee of $550K, with production-based income from year 3, plus sign-on bonus and relocation support.
