Seeking a board-certified Hematology and Medical Oncology physician to join a respected team in Northern California, offering a balanced work-life environment between San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento.
The role involves providing comprehensive care for community patients, including new consultations and follow-ups, supported by a dedicated team and access to advanced diagnostics, clinical trials, and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
This outpatient position includes inpatient rounding, with a typical schedule of 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of indirect care, one weekend on-call per month, and a patient load of 1-2 new patients daily plus follow-ups.
Key responsibilities encompass diagnosing and treating hematologic and solid tumor conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing infusion therapies, and participating in active clinical trials. The role emphasizes collaboration with specialists and adherence to regulatory standards.
