Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Greenville, SC

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join our Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC.

Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, providing care in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits
• Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
• Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and collaborate with facility teams
• Document visits and handle billing using EMR and proper coding
• Promote care standards aligned with the organization’s mission

Qualifications include active SC medical license, DEA, DHEC credentials, and Board Certification or eligibility in primary care. EMR experience and leadership skills are preferred.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, with part-time options available, no nights or weekends, and approximately 6–8 hour shifts. The role involves about 16 patients per day.

Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually.
