Job Description

The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises Nurses & Medical Assistants.

  • Provides specialized wound care in home, nursing homes, and assisted living settings.
  • Performs assessments, develops care plans, educates patients/caregivers, and collaborates with healthcare teams.
  • Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, current MD/DO licensure, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must complete Wound Care Certification within 6 months.
  • Field-based role involving travel, physical effort, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Key responsibilities include wound assessment, treatment, supervision, documentation, and coordination with care teams.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and adaptive skills required.
