Job Description

The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO/NP) reports to the CMO and supervises nurses and medical assistants.

  • Provides specialized wound care in home, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, assessing and managing complex skin conditions.
  • Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops treatment plans, and educates patients and caregivers.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
  • Requires a Master’s or Doctoral Nursing degree, valid licensure, wound care certification within 6 months, and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Position involves physical activity, field-based work, travel, and adherence to safety protocols, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation essential.
  • Key responsibilities include wound assessment, treatment, supervision of staff, documentation, and coordination of care.
