Physician – Obstetrics

Job Description

The staff Obstetrics physician provides outpatient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing procedures, and referring patients as needed.
They manage about 20 patients daily, including walk-ins, and handle after-hours calls via phone.
Key duties include ensuring quality patient care, documenting thoroughly, developing treatment plans per ACOG guidelines, and supervising NP/PAs.
Qualifications include an MD or DO, OB/GYN certification, state license, and residency training.
Preferred candidates have 2+ years of ambulatory experience, experience with patient-centered care, and bilingual skills in Spanish.
Essential skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.
They must be flexible to work at multiple locations, including evenings and weekends, and participate in quality and committee activities.
