Job Description
The Obstetrics physician provides outpatient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing procedures, and referring to specialists as needed.
Examine, document, and develop treatment plans for OB/GYN conditions following ACOG guidelines. Manage approximately 20 patients daily, including walk-ins, with after-hours call duties (telephone only). Support organizational values, ensure professional communication, and promote service excellence. Supervise NP/PAs, participate in quality and peer review activities, and attend meetings. Maintain EMR documentation, work at multiple sites, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Qualifications include MD/DO, California license, board certification, and residency in OB/GYN; bilingual skills and outpatient experience are preferred.
