Job Description
The Obstetrics Physician provides outpatient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions per ACOG guidelines, with a target of 20 patients daily.
Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, and referring to specialists.
Requires after-hours call coverage, participation in meetings, peer reviews, and supervising NP/PAs.
Must be licensed in California, board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN, with MD or DO degrees and residency completion.
Preferred experience includes ambulatory care and medical Spanish.
Skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency, decision-making, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork.
Must work at various locations, including evenings and weekends, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational standards.
Participates in quality and compliance activities to ensure high standards of patient care.
