We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate, part-time role in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings. Maintain accurate documentation aligned with standards. Potential Medical Directorship opportunities included. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support care coordination. Travel between facilities as needed; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts).
