Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, long-term, and assisted living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety.

Perform Medical Directorships, with opportunities for additional earnings and flexible schedules, including minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).

Maintain proper documentation, participate in quality improvement, and build strong patient and staff relationships.

Travel between facilities as needed, with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and experience in post-acute care preferred.
