Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance. Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earning through extra directorships. Travel between facilities as needed; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call). Qualifications include MD/DO, Colorado license eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliability.
