Job Description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and meet regulatory standards.
  • Serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for additional directorships and bonuses.
  • Participate in care coordination, peer reviews, and quality improvement activities.
  • Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts; travel between facilities required.

    • Qualifications include an MD/DO, Colorado medical license (or eligibility), and strong communication skills. Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant software.
