Job Description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

  • Provide compassionate care and oversight in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation, and meet quality and safety standards.

  • Offer Medical Directorship services, with opportunities for additional income through bonuses and leadership roles.

  • Minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts), flexible schedule, and travel between facilities required.

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and experience in post-acute care preferred.
