Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

Provide comprehensive medical care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage documentation in compliance with standards.

Serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and directorships.

Participate in care coordination, quality improvement, and peer reviews.

Travel between facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts).

Qualifications include an MD/DO, active Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant software is a plus.
