Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Position Highlights:

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support care coordination.
• Perform Medical Directorship duties with opportunities for additional earnings.
• Minimal weekend and holiday call; no night shifts.
• Travel between facilities required; reliable transport needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 plus sign-on bonus and performance bonuses.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited school; active Colorado license or eligibility.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Preferred experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care.
