Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time positions in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, Colorado.

Provide comprehensive medical care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation, and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Offer Medical Directorship services, with opportunities for additional compensation through extra directorships.

Minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call), with travel between facilities required.

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transport. Preferred experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care.
