Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.
Provide comprehensive care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted, and independent living settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality documentation, and meet regulatory standards. Offer Medical Directorship services with additional earning potential, traveling between facilities as needed. Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, promoting work-life balance. Qualified candidates will have an MD or DO, valid Colorado license, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care.
