Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, long-term, and assisted living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and specialists.

Manage documentation, care coordination, and meet quality and safety standards.

Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings.

Travel between facilities; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).

Qualifications: MD/DO, CO license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Experience in post-acute care preferred.
