Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Provide comprehensive medical care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings.

Maintain proper documentation and meet safety and regulatory standards.

Travel between facilities as needed; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).

Qualifications: MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute care and familiarity with relevant EMR systems.
