Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Offer Medical Directorship services, with opportunities for additional roles and bonuses.
  • Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts, promoting work-life balance.
  • Travel between facilities as needed, with reliable transportation required.
