Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time or part-time roles in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate care across post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Optional Medical Directorships available for additional compensation.
  • Travel between multiple facilities required; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).
  • Qualifications include MD/DO, NC license eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
