Job Description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for immediate full-time or part-time roles in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Provide comprehensive, compassionate care across post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation, and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Potential to serve as Medical Director with additional compensation.

Minimal weekend and holiday call (no night shifts), travel between facilities required.

Qualifications: MD/DO, NC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation; experience in post-acute or SNF settings preferred.
