Job Description

We are seeking Board-Certified or eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate openings in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and specialists.

Maintain timely, compliant documentation and meet quality and safety standards.

Potentially serve as Medical Director for facilities with additional compensation.

Travel between multiple facilities as needed; minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts.

Qualifications: MD or DO, North Carolina license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation.
